KEITOにてモヘアブランケットの耳　実験ワークショップを開催

４月１７日（水)に、世界のおしゃれな毛糸を集めた毛糸専門店KEITOにてモヘアブランケットの耳　実験ワークショップを開催いたします。
私が暮す南アフリカ共和国、東ケープ地方はモヘア原毛の世界一の産地です。そんなモヘア糸でブランケットを制作する織物工場では毎日大量のテープ状の織り耳が発生します。この産業廃棄物としてリサイクル繊維業者によって回収されるこのふわっふわでカラフルでかわいいのテープの再利用を提案するワークショップ。
このテープのままで、ラッピングや髪のリボンという使い方から、テープという形を生かしてマフラー、ベルトに作り変えたり、手芸材料としてコサージュ、ピン、バックの持ち手、セーターの裾に縫いつけたりしてみませんか。
